We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Finance - Associate

to manage and oversee our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax laws
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial statements
  • Maintain internal controls and suggest improvements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Liaise with auditors during audits
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven work experience as an accountant minimum 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tally, or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
