Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Associate, located in Mumbai with some work from home acceptable. The role involves developing and analyzing creative microdrama concepts, collaborating with external production partners on story development, shoot and edit, and contributing to all internal creative initiatives. The Creative Associate will work closely with the Content Head to produce compelling visual content and assist in executing end-to-end creative projects, ensuring they align with the brand's high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint
  • Exceptional Creativity Skills & Viewership pattern understanding
  • Experience in story writing/content development
  • Relevant experience in media and production industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Communications, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
