Job Description Experience (in years)– 2 to 3years
Industry Preferences: Media and Television - preferably live news
Role in the current company: Producer, Assistant or associate producer.

Responsibilities:  Plan, organize and execute live television shows in a timely and professional manner.  Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing and creative to ensure the success of each show.  Manage and direct a team of technicians, camera operators and other crew members.  Ensure the highest quality of production, including sound, lighting and camera angles.  Work with the sales team to identify products that are suitable for live demonstrations and promotions.  Provide creative direction to the presenters, ensuring they deliver a compelling performance on air.
Requirements:  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in live television setup.  Proficient in Hindi and English, with knowledge of regional languages being a plus.  Experience in online/PCR setup is a must.  Excellent leadership and communication skills.  Strong creative vision with an eye for detail.  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  Passion for the television industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
