Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a News Producer at NDTV Profit located in Mumbai. The News Producer will be responsible for overseeing the production of news content, coordinating with reporters, editors, and other production staff. The role includes news writing, editing, and broadcasting tasks. The News Producer will ensure that news stories are accurate, timely, and presented in an engaging manner for broadcast television.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in News Production and News Writing
  • Broadcasting and Broadcast Television skills
  • Excellent writing abilities
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the news industry is a plus
