We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth of our IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services/solutions market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development / Sales experience in IT / ITES sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solution offerings.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹48,359.68 per month
