We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to spearhead client acquisition and drive revenue growth in the
US IT staffing industry
. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building new client relationships, expanding business with mid to large enterprises, and positioning our staffing solutions as a trusted partner to meet IT workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition
    : Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across the US market, with a strong focus on Fortune 1000 and mid-sized companies.
  • Lead Generation
    : Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
  • Relationship Building
    : Develop strong, long-term relationships with client decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors, Hiring Managers, Procurement).
  • Business Development Strategy
    : Create and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts, increase staffing revenue, and meet quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Client Presentations
    : Present company capabilities, service offerings, and staffing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration
    : Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiations
    : Lead client contract negotiations, RFP/RFQ responses, and rate discussions.
  • Market Intelligence
    : Stay updated on staffing industry trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of
    business development experience
    in
    IT staffing/recruitment sales
    (US market experience is a must).
  • Strong network of client contacts within IT and technology-driven companies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand IT staffing services, technical skill sets, and client workforce needs.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
