About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and driven
Strategy & Business Development Intern
to work closely with the leadership team. This role is a blend of
strategic problem-solving, special projects, and business development initiatives
, giving you exposure to both high-level decision-making and hands-on execution.
You'll gain experience in
market research, growth strategy, client acquisition, and business operations
, making it an ideal role for someone who wants to explore both
startup strategy
and
business development
.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Founder's Office:
- Work directly with the founding/leadership team on strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Assist in streamlining business processes and tracking KPIs.
Business Development:
- Research and identify potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
- Support in lead generation through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Help in creating proposals, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
- Participate in client meetings/demos and prepare follow-up reports.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and pipeline data.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field).
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with client interactions and outreach activities.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, problem solver, and eager to learn.
