Business Development Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our recruitment division. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management within the recruitment or HR industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continuous business.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for successful delivery.
- Develop strategies to expand business opportunities across different industry sectors.
- Negotiate business terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, proposals, and agreements.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and sales within the recruitment industry.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
