Client Consultations & Relationship Building

  • Attend key consultations and close high-ticket packages.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat sales and referrals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction post-sale and encourage loyalty programs or membership upgrades.

Collaboration with Medical Team

  • Coordinate with doctors, dermatologists, and therapists for client treatment planning.
  • Understand medical protocols to ensure accurate service explanation to clients.

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads from calls, walk-ins, website inquiries, and WhatsApp.
  • Guide clients through consultation-to-closure journey.
  • Follow-up rigorously on trial sessions, inquiries, and pending conversions.

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Work with marketing for lead generation activities (WhatsApp blasts, social media offers, referral programs).
  • Support the creation of marketing collaterals with sales insights.
  • Monitor the response to promotional campaigns and suggest improvements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain daily sales reports, conversion trackers, and follow-up databases.
  • Analyze sales funnel metrics: inquiry > consultation > trial > closure.
  • Present weekly performance reports to clinic management.

Service Knowledge & Upskilling

  • Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, slimming technologies, and hair regrowth therapies.
  • Attend vendor training programs for new machine launches or treatment protocols.

  • Hair Transplantation / Hair Regrowth Packages
  • Laser Hair Reduction
  • Skin Treatments (Brightening, Acne, Anti-Aging)
  • Weight Loss Programs / Body Contouring Packages
  • Cross-Selling & Membership Plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
