Sales & Marketing Manager

We're looking for a relationship-focused B2B Sales Manager who excels at building long-term partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tourism companies. This role is dedicated to generating revenue through corporate bookings and strategic B2B channels.
Corporate Sales & Account Management
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for accommodation needs (employee housing, business travel, project accommodations)
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate accounts across various industries
- Develop customized proposals and corporate rate agreements tailored to client needs
- Serve as primary point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing structures for long-term corporate partnerships
- Manage key accounts and grow revenue through upselling and contract renewals
- Conduct site visits and property tours for corporate decision-makers
Strategic Partnership Development
- Establish and nurture partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs (Destination Management Companies)
- Build relationships with MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) organizers and event planners
- Create partnership agreements with OTAs focused on corporate and B2B segments
- Collaborate with travel management companies (TMCs) to position Kove Stays as preferred accommodation partner
- Develop alliances with relocation services, HR consultancies, and corporate service providers
- Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities with complementary travel and tourism businesses
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for B2B bookings
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospects, and accounts in CRM system
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management
- Track contract performance and booking patterns to optimize revenue
- Analyze ROI on partnership agreements and corporate contracts
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 4-6 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, or corporate housing
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing corporate accounts
- Strong understanding of corporate travel ecosystems and B2B sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Preferred QualificationsExisting network of contacts in corporate sector, travel agencies, or tourism industry
- Experience with MICE bookings and event-based accommodations
- Knowledge of corporate travel policies and procurement processes
- Understanding of channel management and revenue management principles
- Experience working with TMCs and corporate travel managers
- Familiarity with hospitality booking systems and B2B platforms
