Job description
Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed Pharma Company as an Executive-compensation and benefits and he will be responsible for handling following:-
Candidate will be responsible for provide complete support to the Team lease Employees with third party payroll administration & statutory compliances w.e.t. PF.ESIC & other labour laws. Also provide optimal support on the C & B with the employees benefits.
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring all the Incentive ABOs to be check with incentive circulars & reimbursed to respective ABOs & Maintain Incentive Records with ABOs wise
Candidate will be responsible for Payroll and all ABOs all the Expenses to be check & reimbursed with respective months
Candidate will be responsible for all statutory payments are made on time without any deviation.
Candidate will be responsible for resigned ABOs full & final settlement is cleared within 1 month.
Candidate will be responsible for all the regions training & Development record maintain in xls sheet on monthly basis, co-ordinate with external trainers & arrange training for in house employees.
Candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating with Respective Regional Business Manager & Training Manager & collect all the training related information & update in xls file. Maintain Training calendar on yearly basis.
Candidate will be responsible to ensure monthly reporting related to all the Training & Development and also provide support to ISO auditors.
Candidate will be responsible to ensure submit Gratuity & Leave Encashment claim to LIC on monthly basis and also follow up with LIC & make sure that all the claims are get settled by LIC.
Candidate will be responsible for monthly do the recompilation of the pending claims & send report to functional head and also ex-employee Gratuity cheque to be released immediately.
Candidate will be responsible t post receipt of the F/F settlement advice and ensure complete Full & Final Settlement within 2 days
Candidate will be responsible to dispatch F/F settlement voucher to respective ex-employees and also post receipt of the signed voucher release the payment within 2 days.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should be MBA in HR / B.Com Graduate. With minimum 4-5 years of experience out of which exclusive experience of 3-4 years as managing third party payroll independently.
Candidate should have good knowledge of the Income Tax & statutory payments. Excellent understanding of Payroll management.
Candidate should be have good knowledge of knowledge on Payroll administrator, income tax rules, statutory payments, MS office, Labour Laws etc.
Candidate residing near Western Suburban or South Mumbai or Staying near Borivali can be preferred.
