Job DescriptionMaintaining & managing Compensation globally across all geographiesManaging & maintaining compensation data efficiently for all employees in the system. Assists the Manager in compensation planning, compensation budget setting and promotion cycle Facilitate the process of development and Implementation of Variable / Incentive pay plans Partnering with the HR Business Partner / Location HR to assist them with all rewards related queries Manage the resolution of compensation escalated inquiries
QualificationsPost-Graduation in HR or Graduation in any stream with 3-4 years of relevant experience
