Role & responsibilities
- Implementing the compensation proposals end to end centrally (including Increment, bonus, ESOPS, reward programs etc.)
- Providing advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the company's philosophy and guidelines.
- Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.
- Performing salary reviews based on market and industry specific bench marking to ensure competitiveness.
- Designing, overseeing and reviewing the administration of benefits.
- Monitor compliance with all wage and hour regulations and make recommendations to meet the requirements.
- Participate in market salary/benefits/Reward/Policy surveys for India and International markets Conduct market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis.
Preferred candidate profile
Full time MBA is mandatory.
