Job Description:

One of our clients, Leading in MNC IT Ind is looking for a Senior HR Manager - Compensation & Benefits (WFH)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Working alongside the Benefits specialist, manages global benefits administration including renewals, policy revamp, day to day administrative activities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for management and first point of contact for the Company's employees regarding all employee benefits issues, concerns, and questions
  • Understands compliance, acts, and regulations across geos; ensure that compensation and benefit practices follow current laws and regulations
  • Managing payroll process for employees in the organization by liaising with internal and external stakeholders; Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
  • Actively engages in annual merit increase program and incentive pay, and proactively advises on compensation updates, working closely with key stakeholders
  • Perform salary reviews based on market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
  • Overseeing and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits.
  • Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement

 Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience – Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools knowledge and HR system preferably Oracle HCM
  • Compensation and/or general HR certification a plus
