Job description:

  • Candidate will be responsible for, Principal Accountabilities play a key role in preparing management presentations in line with corporate guidelines of templates and formats.
  • Candidate will be responsible for MIS Report, capturing the minutes of the meetings, update on the action points and follow up continuously until points are resolved.
  • Candidate will be responsible for maintain confidential files, databases, records etc. and develop data for recurring internal reports. Hence require absolute discretion at all times.
  • Candidate will be responsible for maintain up- to- date client contact database and dealing with VPs correspondence (internal and external clients).
  • Candidate will be responsible for calendar management - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, conference calls, events etc. for the MD.
  • Candidate will be responsible for strong communication skills both oral and written good in word excel and PowerPoint.
  • Needs to be assertive, ambitious, problem solver and pleasant personality.
  • Candidate will be responsible for strong organizational skills including ability to co-ordinate & handle multiple activities & stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Required Candidate profile:

  • Any graduate with 8 o 10 years of reach experience in work experience in Secretarial / Personal Assistant in Pharma Company.
  • You should have prior experience in managing emails, calls, and all correspondence related to MD
  • You should have excellent Communication Skill with Pleasing Personality.
  • You should have expertise in MS office tools.
  • You should have past and proven experience as EA / Secretary.
  • Female candidates Preferred
