About Water Store
Water Store is a leading provider of high-quality water purifiers, water filters, and entire water treatment solutions, ensuring access to safe, clean, and healthy drinking water for homes and businesses. We specialize in sales, installation, and after-sales service of major brand water purification systems across the region.
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving growth targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of consumer products (especially water purifiers), and the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, online leads, and referrals.
- Promote Water Store's products and services to potential customers (individuals, offices, and institutions).
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the service and installation teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and daily activity records.
- Participate in local marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and new product developments.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in water purifiers, home appliances, or consumer durables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Workspace).
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply).
