Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Head to lead our real estate division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall business performance, P&L management, strategic planning, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution. This role demands strong business acumen, market understanding, and leadership capabilities to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the real estate business.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.
  • Develop long-term plans to achieve business goals.

2. Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth through new projects and sales strategies.
  • Lead negotiations with investors, and clients.
  • Oversee marketing, branding, and customer acquisition plans.

4. Financial Management

  • Own the P&L manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
  • Analyze financial reports to drive operational efficiency.

5. Team Leadership

  • Build a high-performing team culture through mentorship and performance management.
  • Align departmental goals with organizational objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate development with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and delivering business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
