We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Head for a reputed big group to oversee sales, accounting, and civil operations. The ideal candidate will lead project planning, execution, and profitability while ensuring seamless coordination between sales, finance, and construction teams. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and in-depth real estate market knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing:

  • Plan and execute real estate sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and investors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead the sales team and ensure timely conversion of leads into deals.

2. Civil & Project Management:

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers for project execution.
  • Monitor site progress, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
  • Approve BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material purchases, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure safety standards and government compliance on construction sites.

3. Leadership & Administration:

  • Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Accounts, and Civil).
  • Set department goals and performance metrics.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, finance, and project departments.
  • Report to management with project updates and profitability analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or Business Management (MBA).
  • Minimum 1012 years of experience in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate Sales, Accounting, and Construction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and Project Management Tools.
  • Knowledge of RERA, GST, and real estate legal documentation.
