About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships. This is a leadership role for an ambitious professional who can strategize, inspire, and deliver exceptional sales performance in the competitive real estate market.

  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver peak performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
  • Drive business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Report directly to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager (preferably in Real Estate).
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a hustler's mindset and client-first approach.
