Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Relationship Associate to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for freshers eager to kick-start their career in relationship management and business development. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing partners and onboarding new ones, playing a crucial role in the expansion of our partner network.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Relationships: Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners.
  • Onboard New Partners: Identify potential partners and manage the onboarding process to expand our network.
  • Support Partners: Address partner inquiries and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to align partner needs with our services.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partner activities, feedback, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience is not required but can be considered if within the budget.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Willingness to work from our Pune office.
