Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
HR Business Partner (AVP)
to join a leading Fortune 500 Insurance organization. This role requires a senior HR leader who can influence, partner, and drive people strategy across large, complex, and global business units. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Business Partnership

  • Partner with senior business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.

Talent Management & Development

  • Oversee talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Drive high-impact initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with COEs on talent acquisition for leadership and niche roles.

Performance & Engagement

  • Lead the performance management cycle, goal-setting frameworks, and career development practices.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Drive a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.

Change Management & Transformation

  • Support large-scale transformation, restructuring, and change programs.
  • Enable leaders with tools, communication plans, and frameworks during change initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR programs in a global, matrixed ecosystem.

Employee Relations & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage complex employee relations matters with sensitivity and compliance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business, COEs, and global HR teams.
  • Build strong executive relationships and influence decision-making at all levels.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of strong HR Business Partnering experience in large MNCs.
  • Proven expertise in leadership hiring, change management, talent strategy, and employee relations.
  • Strong exposure to BFSI / Insurance / Financial Services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.
  • Experience working in a global matrix environment is a strong advantage.
  • MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
