About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and energetic 
Relationship Manager
 to join our growing team at 
Speedioo
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to connect effectively with showroom partners and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with new business partners, dealers, and showrooms across Pune.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with showroom owners and key decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients handle queries, share updates, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Gather market insights and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 
    1 year of experience
     in 
    B2B sales
     (preferably field sales).
  • Excellent 
    communication and negotiation skills
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    Marathi
     and 
    Hindi/English
    .
  • Strong 
    relationship-building
     and 
    customer handling
     abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently on the field.
