Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, providing investment advice, assisting with financial products and services, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Regular client meetings, market research, and business development efforts will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data, assess client needs, and provide customized investment solutions
  • Knowledge of investment products, including mutual funds, insurance, tax planning, and loans
  • Proactive business development skills, with a focus on relationship-building
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Educational background in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in financial services or as a financial or relationship manager is advantageous
  • AMFI/NISM certification will be considered a plus
