Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients, assisting customers in real estate transactions, and providing them with property-related advice. In this role, you will identify customer needs, recommend suitable properties, and guide them through the buying, selling, and renting processes. You will also collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and maintain a strong understanding of the market and property trends.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, client management, and real estate market trends
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and meet sales targets
  • Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
