Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune - East & West for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the real estate purchase process. Additional responsibilities include resolving client inquiries, providing personalized support, communicating market insights, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
  • Understanding of real estate markets, property evaluation, and client advisory
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant digital tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, consultation, or client relations, ideally in real estate or related industries
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Pune
