Business Development Head

who can drive aggressive global growth across the US, UK, Canada, Middle East, and Australia.
If you bring 8+ years of BD experience, including 5+ years selling Digital Marketing services, and have led large teams of 50+, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end BD function across international markets (US, UK, Canada, Middle East, Australia).
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure → account transition.
  • Build and execute revenue strategies for digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web, Content, Automation, Funnels).
  • Manage, mentor, and scale a BD team of 50+ members with clear KPIs and performance standards.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and deliver consistent growth.
  • Strengthen client acquisition channels for global regions and build market-specific strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, HR, and leadership to ensure strong pipeline-to-delivery alignment.
  • Analyze sales performance weekly, forecast revenue accurately, and present insights to leadership.
  • Identify new niche opportunities and emerging market trends to expand service reach.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years total experience in Business Development.
  • Minimum 5 years working specifically in 
    Digital Marketing sales (mandatory).
  • Must have experience working with 
    US, UK, Canada, Middle East, and Australia clients.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and scale teams of 50+.
  • Strong closing skills with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, lead gen strategies, and client needs.
  • Strong command over communication, negotiation, and leadership.
  • Skilled in CRM management, pipeline forecasting, sales automation, and reporting.
