About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator
to support our operations team. The role involves coordinating day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables, and acting as a key link between internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects within defined timelines.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, and technical teams) to ensure smooth workflow.


• Track project progress, update project documentation, and maintain accurate records.


• Handle project-related communication with clients, vendors, technician and internal stakeholders.


• Support in preparing project status reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and project dashboards.


• Monitor material dispatches, deliveries, and site readiness to ensure operational efficiency.


• Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues that may impact project timelines.


• Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and project documentation practices.


• Assist in resource planning and allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects.


• Maintain strong operational follow-ups to achieve on-time project closures.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Management / Operations or equivalent.


• Minimum 2.5 – 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in operations or related industries (IT/AV/Low Voltage/Construction preferred but not mandatory).


• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc. preferred).


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.


• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
