Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil 3D Lead, located in Mangalore, TAS. The Civil 3D Lead will be responsible for producing high-quality designs and models using Civil 3D software, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with technical and project specifications. Key tasks will include preparing detailed drawings, conducting design reviews, managing project timelines, and troubleshooting design challenges. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior team members and ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related software
  • Knowledge of design and modeling for dry and wet utilitie, infrastructure, land development, and industrial projects
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, team coordination, and communication
  • Experience with drafting, detailing, and creating technical documentation
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for addressing design challenges
  • Educational qualifications in Civil Engineering or related fields; advanced certifications in Civil 3D preferred
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment
