Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Civil 3D Modeler
with a minimum of
3 years of hands-on experience
in
Autodesk Civil 3D
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models and drawings for
landscape, grading, utilities, and infrastructure
projects, while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate and clash-free models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage
    Civil 3D models
    for grading, utilities, and infrastructure works.
  • Prepare
    plans, profiles, cross-sections
    , and
    pipe networks
    (stormwater, sanitary, water).
  • Execute
    earthwork grading
    , cut & fill analysis, and quantity take-offs.
  • Generate
    coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings
    .
  • Coordinate with other disciplines using
    Navisworks Manage
    for clash detection and resolution.
  • Support
    BIM workflows
    through all design stages.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years
    of experience using
    Autodesk Civil 3D
    in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Civil 3D
    (Surfaces, Grading, Pipe Networks, Alignments)
  • AutoCAD
    (Drawing linkage and cleanup)
  • Navisworks Manage
    (Clash detection and coordination)
  • Knowledge of
    infrastructure and utility design workflows
    .
  • Strong
    communication and documentation
    skills in English.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
