Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed
    BIM models
    for Architectural and Structural disciplines using Revit.
  • Prepare accurate
    3D models, drawings, layouts, sections
    , and construction-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, and MEP Teams to ensure
    model accuracy and clash-free designs
    .
  • Conduct
    clash detection
    using Navisworks and support coordination meetings.
  • Update models based on
    design changes, RFIs, and client feedback
    .
  • Perform
    quality checks, model audits
    , and ensure adherence to BIM standards and BEP.
  • Generate
    BOQs, quantity take-offs
    , and support estimation requirements.
  • Maintain organized worksets, linked models, sheets, and views in
    BIM 360
    .
  • Collaborate with the project team to provide model-related insights throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture / Civil Engineering
    or equivalent.
  • Minimum
    4 years of hands-on experience
    in BIM for Architecture & Structure.
  • Strong expertise in
    Revit Architecture / Revit Structure
    with real project delivery experience.
  • Experience working with
    LOD 300–400
    models.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural and structural construction documents.
  • Knowledge of
    international codes/standards
    (US, UK, Middle East) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outputs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
