Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior BIM MEP Modeler (Plumbing) to join our in-house BIM team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating detailed plumbing system models, coordinating with other MEP services, and ensuring design accuracy as per project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update BIM models for plumbing systems using Revit MEP.
  • Prepare layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings based on design inputs.
  • Coordinate plumbing layouts with HVAC, electrical, and architectural models.
  • Support senior engineers in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and documentation.
  • Ensure all models and drawings comply with project BIM standards.
  • Assist in maintaining BIM libraries and templates for plumbing components.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in BIM MEP modeling (preferably plumbing systems).
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD; basic understanding of Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of MEP coordination and plumbing design principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced BIM workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
