  • Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for new builds, renovations, and fit-out projects.
  • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, presentations, and design documentation using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM software).
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and space planning.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand standards, user requirements, and project objectives.
  • Lead projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams (MEP, structural, civil) to integrate multidisciplinary inputs into cohesive designs.
  • Prepare and review construction documents, shop drawings, RFI responses, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure construction aligns with design intent, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Ensure that architectural designs comply with local building codes, accessibility standards, zoning rules, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare permit submission packages and coordinate with local authorities for approvals.
  • Engage in value engineering to identify cost-effective design and construction solutions.
