Role and Responsibilities:
  • Track the status of enhancements in a release and communicate risks to the Development leads and Management team.
  • Manage status reports and highlight risks related to timelines and quality.
  • Ensure adherence to the TFS process (SDLC process) and manage access control.
  • Track the SDLC process using checklists and report any deviations.
  • Manage TFS access for the team.
  • Track defects in every release and provide gating criteria to the release management team.
  • Analyze regular defects and organize defect prevention meetings with data preparation.
  • Manage and track production defects.
  • Utilize Product Management tools like Jira to track the health of enhancements and obtain status updates.
  • Liaise with training vendors to conduct/organize trainings for the development team and track their skills.
  • Coordinate and track yearly PCI/PA-DSS compliance with the Audit team.
  • Collaborate with the PCI team to ensure progress and set up PCI environments.
  • Document findings and take appropriate actions.
  • Manage CAB approvals and document compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain an enhancement queue based on inputs from the Sales team and Business owners.
  • Assist in on-boarding and de-boarding employees, collaborating with the Support team.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Tech Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and project management methodologies.
  • Experience in defect tracking and management.
  • Proficiency in using Product Management tools like Jira.
