Job Summary:
We are looking for a German Language Specialist with strong communication skills and technical understanding to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, hold a C1 German certification, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven support environment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide technical support in German (both written and verbal)
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues via email, chat, or calls
- Ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
- Follow company protocols and guidelines for customer engagement and issue resolution
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role
- German language proficiency C1 certification (mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
- Basic to intermediate technical knowledge or prior tech support experience
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
- Prior experience supporting DACH region customers
- Exposure to international BPO/KPO setups
Note: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
