About the Role
- We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who can handle customer interactions confidently and professionally.
- Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and intercom queries promptly and courteously.
- Follow standard procedures to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure efficient use of company telephone and support systems while maintaining professional communication.
- Support team leads by handling routine tasks during their absence (after training).
- Report operational challenges or service concerns to supervisors clearly and in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Basic knowledge of customer service processes and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional under pressure.
- Computer literacy with basic IT knowledge.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
