Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Marketing and Business Development Manager. The Marketing and Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and establishing relationships with potential clients. Daily tasks include market research, campaign management, creating marketing materials, and close collaboration with sales and product development teams to drive growth and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Marketing strategy development, campaign management, and digital marketing skills
  • Business development, client relationship management, and sales skills
  • Market research and data analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects effectively
  • Experience in the electrical insulation or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
