Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The candidate will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, attending industry events, and staying updated on industry trends to identify potential growth areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing
- Strong networking, client relationship management, and strategic partnership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Experience in the cybersecurity, GRC, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
