Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and stable
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
with 3+ years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting within IT / SaaS / B2B environments. The ideal candidate should have a consistent career history and strong communication skills to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
outbound cold calls
, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate SQLs and meetings. - Qualify prospects based on BANT/CHAMP or similar frameworks.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Maintain high activity levels daily (calls, emails, sequences).
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential leads in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities.
- Ensure

and strong work ethic.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of SDR / BDR experience
in IT, SaaS, or B2B technology companies. - Proven track record in
cold calling
, outbound prospecting, and lead generation. - Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales process and qualification methods.
- Ability to consistently hit weekly/monthly targets.
- Stable career history
(min. 1.5–2 years tenure per role preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience targeting US/Europe markets (optional).
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft.
