Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and stable
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
with 3+ years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting within IT / SaaS / B2B environments. The ideal candidate should have a consistent career history and strong communication skills to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    outbound cold calls
    , emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate SQLs and meetings.
  • Qualify prospects based on BANT/CHAMP or similar frameworks.
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Maintain high activity levels daily (calls, emails, sequences).
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential leads in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities.
  • Ensure
    career stability
    and strong work ethic.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of SDR / BDR experience
    in IT, SaaS, or B2B technology companies.
  • Proven track record in
    cold calling
    , outbound prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales process and qualification methods.
  • Ability to consistently hit weekly/monthly targets.
  • Stable career history
    (min. 1.5–2 years tenure per role preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience targeting US/Europe markets (optional).
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft.
