Role Overview

We are looking for a Engineer - Customer Service to join our team in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment/products
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ensure timely and quality service delivery

• Provide phone and email support to customers

• Assist in resolving technical queries and issues

• Maintain accurate records of service activities
• Update customer databases and documentation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
• Work with other service engineers and teams to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of equipment/products
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management and organizational skills
• Relevant industry certifications or training
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in a related field (e.g., Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumental or Mechatronics engineering technology)
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a service engineering role
• Proven track record of success in service delivery and technical support
• Ready to travel across India (for field service roles)
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (as required)
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays (as required)
• Dynamic to learn new things
• Disciplined with good inter-personal skills,
• Team player and self-driven
• Result oriented.
