Associate, Projects & Initiatives (3 month contract)

BPC Bioproducts Private Limited (Tradename 'AMYLO') is a bioplastics company that develops and commercializes sustainable and cost-effective packaging solutions.

We are looking for a
high-agility generalist
to work directly with the founding team across fundraising, execution, and strategic projects.

Job Overview:

As a Generalist, you will be a right hand to the founder, working across fundraising documentation, diligence preparation, operations, and strategic problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in
fast-paced, ambiguous environments
, enjoys
wearing multiple hats
, and wants a front-row seat in building a startup from the ground up.

Compensation includes payout of INR 75,000/- per month with the potential for extension of contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Support

  • Coordinate and prepare
    due diligence materials

(financials, legal docs, IP, traction data).
- Draft and refine
one-pagers, FAQs

.

Operations & Execution

  • Own internal processes for documentation, reporting, and data management.
  • Support compliance, contracts, and policy documentation.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, pilots, and early partnerships.

Founder Support

  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, and dashboards for internal and external use.
  • Act as a problem-solver on special projects as they arise.

Qualification:

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, investment banking, operations, or high-growth startups (open to fresh graduates with exceptional internships/entrepreneurial exposure).
  • Strong
    structured thinking, problem-solving, and analytical

skills.
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
