Role Description

This full-time role for an Associate Director- Program and Project Management in Salesforce is based on-site in Bengaluru. The Associate Director will oversee program and project management activities, lead teams, manage budgets, and be involved in strategic planning. The role requires ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while also coordinating across various stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Program Management and Strategic Planning
  • Experience in Team Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field
