Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Project Manager to lead and oversee various educational projects within our institution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management in PERFOMING ARTS

Duties

  • Lead project planning and execution from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with school objectives.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Utilize change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project implementation.
  • Oversee program development and design, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure project alignment with educational goals.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts related to project deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment through effective team management and conflict resolution strategies.

Experience

  • Proven experience MINIMUM 1 Year in project management within an educational setting or similar environment.
  • Strong Communication skills. Stress Barrier.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Effective presentation skills for communicating project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
