Role Summary:

UBSS is seeking an experienced and self-driven Business Development Manager based in India to manage and grow our network of local education agents and drive student enrolments for our Australian campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage education agents in Gujarat, India
  • Achieve weekly/monthly student recruitment targets
  • Organise seminars, info sessions, and school/college visits to promote UBSS programs
  • Provide training and support to agents on UBSS offerings, admissions, and visa requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date reporting and CRM records of agent activity
  • Attend education fairs and represent UBSS in the local market
  • Collaborate with UBSS's Admissions and Marketing teams for campaign execution

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international student recruitment or education consultancy
  • Strong network of education agents in India
  • Good understanding of the Australian education system and student visa process
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple agent relationships
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving enrolment targets
