Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Purchaser for a full-time on-site role based in Himatnagar. The chosen candidate will manage the procurement process including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services required for production. Responsibilities include vendor selection, evaluating supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of quality materials, and maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Vendor Negotiation
• Strong skills in Inventory Management and Planning
• Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, Market Research, and Cost Analysis
• Proficiency in Contract Management and Vendor Relationship Management
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed purchasing decisions
• Familiarity with purchasing software or ERP systems
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field required
• Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a strong advantage
