About Us:

We are fast-growing Australian-based Digital Marketing Agency helping businesses stand out with creative design and marketing strategies. We are looking for a Canva Designer who can manage bulk flyer creation, template editing, and quick turnaround designs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality flyers, social media graphics, and marketing materials using Canva.
• Handle bulk design tasks efficiently by editing and customizing Canva templates.
• Communicate with Australian customers to understand their design needs and make revisions accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all designs.
• Manage multiple client projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Quickly adapt existing templates for various industries and campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest Canva features and design trends.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, with strong focus on Canva.
• Strong knowledge of Canva Pro features (bulk create, brand kits, advanced templates).
• Ability to edit, resize, and repurpose templates for different formats.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong English communication skills to interact with Australian customers and handle design queries.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills to handle bulk edits and high-volume design requests.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing creatives (social media posts, ads, flyers, banners).

Nice to Have (Optional Skills):

• Experience in photo editing (Canva/Photoshop).
• Knowledge of short-form video editing using Canva.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and ad creatives.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
