Position: Dispatch Manager
Location: Himmatnagar
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations within the
FMCG or food manufacturing industry
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire dispatch operations to ensure
timely and accurate delivery
of finished goods. - Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to plan and execute daily dispatch schedules.
- Monitor and manage
transportation partners, vehicle scheduling, and route optimization
for cost-effective logistics. - Ensure proper documentation for all dispatches, including
invoices, gate passes, and transport documents
. - Maintain accurate
inventory and stock movement records
in coordination with the warehouse team. - Monitor loading/unloading operations to ensure
product safety and quality standards
during handling. - Track deliveries and resolve issues related to
delays, damages, or discrepancies
in shipments. - Implement and monitor
FIFO (First In, First Out)
practices for stock dispatch. - Ensure compliance with
company policies, EHS, and statutory regulations
related to dispatch and logistics. - Prepare and share
dispatch MIS reports
and performance metrics with the management team. - Continuously improve dispatch processes for
efficiency, cost reduction, and service level enhancement
.
