(Pintola)Position: Dispatch ManagerLocation: HimmatnagarQualification & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5–6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.-Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the entire dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods.- Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to plan and execute daily dispatch schedules.- Monitor and manage transportation partners, vehicle scheduling, and route optimization for cost-effective logistics.- Ensure proper documentation for all dispatches, including invoices, gate passes, and transport documents.- Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records in coordination with the warehouse team.- Monitor loading/unloading operations to ensure product safety and quality standards during handling.- Track deliveries and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.- Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for stock dispatch.- Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS, and statutory regulations related to dispatch and logistics.- Prepare and share dispatch MIS reports and performance metrics with the management team.- Continuously improve dispatch processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and service level enhancement.How to Apply:Send your updated resume to with the subject line“Application for Dispatch Manager Position.”Preference will be given to candidates from Himmatnagar and nearby areas.
