Recruitment Consultant ( Commission Based, Remote)

As we expand, we're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us build a strong presence in this exciting, fast-growing market.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven recruitment experience who is motivated by results and thrives in a commission-driven environment.

You will:

  • Source, screen, and place permanent candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and market demands.
  • Conduct cold calling and business development to grow our client base.
  • Work closely with start-ups and SMEs, providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to placement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in permanent recruitment (ideally in finance/accounting, Legal).
  • Good understanding of the UK market, ideally with exposure to start-ups.
  • Strong business development skills – confident with cold calling and winning new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently from home.
