Role Overview

Are you energetic, persuasive, and passionate about education? We're looking for a Client Engagement Associate (Pre-Sales) to be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts. You'll be the first touchpoint in the sales cycle — identifying prospects, initiating contact, and setting the stage for successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80–100 connected calls daily to prospective clients (students/professionals).
  • Research and identify high-potential leads to build a quality sales pipeline.
  • Initiate conversations through cold calls/emails to generate interest.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain and update all interactions in the CRM system for timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to tailor pitches and presentations.
  • Nurture leads and guide them along the decision-making journey.
  • Share client feedback to help refine offerings and communication strategies.

Who You Are

  • A graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Research-savvy with a keen eye for detail and market trends.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and priorities.
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools and CRM systems.
