Roles Open- Performance Marketing Manager: 3+ years
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and own our paid acquisition strategy across key digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and where applicable, X (Twitter) and Quora.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong strategic thinking and hands-on expertise in B2B performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
- Own and drive the paid media strategy with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI maximization.
- Develop and manage channel-wise media plans, forecasts, and performance benchmarks in collaboration with the marketing leadership.
- Define goals, KPIs, and budget allocations across platforms.
- Plan and allocate budgets effectively across platforms to optimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor spend pacing and ROI to ensure campaign efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with the Paid Media Specialist to implement and manage campaigns.
- Lead full-funnel campaign development from impressions to conversion, ensuring strong tracking, targeting, and messaging alignment.
- Manage platform-specific optimizations in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads (especially for B2B)
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Others such as X (Twitter) or Quora, if applicable
- Track and analyze user journeys across the funnel, identifying drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content and web team to ensure high-converting landing pages and ad-to-landing page alignment.
- Drive continuous A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and engagement.
- Analyze test results and translate insights into actionable next steps.
- Provide detailed performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Translate campaign data into insights that inform strategy and budget shifts.
- Work with content creators, designers, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign relevance and alignment.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure proper tracking (UTM, pixel, event tracking) and attribution models.
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing paid acquisition channels, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, conversion funnels, attribution models, and tracking tools.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely).
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
- Growth mindset with a bias for testing and iteration.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
