About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and own our paid acquisition strategy across key digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and where applicable, X (Twitter) and Quora.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong strategic thinking and hands-on expertise in B2B performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
  • Own and drive the paid media strategy with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI maximization.
  • Develop and manage channel-wise media plans, forecasts, and performance benchmarks in collaboration with the marketing leadership.
  • Define goals, KPIs, and budget allocations across platforms.
2. Budget Planning & ROI Optimization
  • Plan and allocate budgets effectively across platforms to optimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Monitor spend pacing and ROI to ensure campaign efficiency and scalability.
3. Campaign Management & Execution
  • Work closely with the Paid Media Specialist to implement and manage campaigns.
  • Lead full-funnel campaign development from impressions to conversion, ensuring strong tracking, targeting, and messaging alignment.
  • Manage platform-specific optimizations in:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads (especially for B2B)
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Others such as X (Twitter) or Quora, if applicable
4. Funnel Performance & Conversion Optimization
  • Track and analyze user journeys across the funnel, identifying drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content and web team to ensure high-converting landing pages and ad-to-landing page alignment.
5. A/B Testing & Creative Experimentation
  • Drive continuous A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and engagement.
  • Analyze test results and translate insights into actionable next steps.
6. Reporting & Analysis
  • Provide detailed performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Translate campaign data into insights that inform strategy and budget shifts.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work with content creators, designers, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign relevance and alignment.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure proper tracking (UTM, pixel, event tracking) and attribution models.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing paid acquisition channels, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics, conversion funnels, attribution models, and tracking tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely).
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
